boy alex has been exploring and participating in the local leather community for over five years. he is grateful to mentors at home and in the International Leather community for helping him discover and develop his leather boy and bootblack heart. Alex is an active member in his community and is passionate about living life as a boy and a bootblack. Alex can often be found bootblacking at MLT events, at bootblack gatherings or sometimes at the Black Eagle during other contests or TboL events. He is a founding member of the Toronto boys of Leather and currently serves as Secretary, a member of Mr. Leatherman Toronto, and has had the opportunity to facilitate workshops on bootblacking and various other topics related to being a leather boy at home during TO KINKS and the MLT competition weekend and at conferences in Dallas, Phoenix and Washington DC
Elegant began her leather journey in Dallas, Texas and has been an active part of the Atlanta community since moving in 2001. She does not like being identified with a single label, as her identity is a blending of her life. She is slave to Master Archer, mother to two pre-teens, PTA volunteer, leather crafter, bootblack, and co-owner of Fantasies In Leather. Elegant is a member of The Tribe, NLA-I, NLA-Dallas, MAST-Atlanta, Publicity & Marketing Chair for SouthEast LeatherFest, Board member of International Community Bootblack and the creator of the Atlanta Fetish Flea Market Elegant had the honor of being selected as Southeast Bootblack 2005 at Together In Leather and 1st Runner-Up at International Community Bootblack 2005.
A little over a year ago, Shawn found his calling in the Leather Community and embarked upon a journey that he never expected to lead him to where he is today. He heard about a Bootblack clinic being held at the Eagle PDX being held by Northwest Community Bootblack 2004, Kelley Wilt. After attending the clinic and soaking up the wealth of knowledge his new friend had to share, Shawn knew that he too wanted to represent Bootblacks and the Leather Community just as Kelley did that day. Scared, a bit unsure and yet still determined, Shawn started at the bottom and quickly worked his way to the top... first locally, then regionally and now proudly serves as Mama's and your International Community Bootblack 2005.
Arthur "Boo Boo" Funni has been bootblacking both in and out of the community since 1989. Since then, he always offers his services of blacking for charitable causes all over the map. He is also a co-producer of the Great Lakes Bootblack contest and now serving as producer of the Mr. Cleveland Leather Contest
